Refund Policy

This Policy governs refunds for subscriptions on the SubCloudy platform (Individual Entrepreneur Knysh Alla Oleksandrivna). By placing and paying for a subscription, you agree to this Policy.
1. Access guarantee
Access to AI models is activated automatically within minutes of successful payment. If access was not provided automatically through our fault and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time, we refund 100%.
2. A full refund is issued if:
- access to the service was not provided after payment through our fault;
- there was an erroneous or duplicate charge.
3. A refund is not issued if:
- access was successfully provided and the service began (digital content — Art. 13(5) of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection");
- the Public Offer Agreement was violated;
- payment was made with cryptocurrency (such payments are technically irreversible, as stated before payment).
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and payment date. We review requests within 3 business days. Funds are returned via the original payment method within the period set by the payment system (usually up to 14 days).
